CRUSH !T Fitness Programs are based on our client’s fitness level and equipment availability so you can choose either a Home Based Workout Design or a Gym Based Workout Design, it’s your choice. The meal plan that accompanies your CRUSH !T Fitness Program will be designed based on your food likes, dislikes, and dietary needs to ensure you have a delicious, nutritious, palette pleasing meal plan complete with ample opportunity to create variety by exchanging foods whenever you want.
