Welcome to my first CRUSH !T blog post! I can’t wait to get in here and share some love with all of you. I am super excited about this new blogging gig, like as giddy as a kid on Christmas morning, because it means that I can share all kinds of fitness and nutrition tips as well as workout videos with you from anywhere in the world! But, before I get all gypsy on you, I’m going to be blogging and sharing right here from one of the most beautiful places on earth, the Coachella Valley.
I love to get physical, don’t you? I’ve designed this mini-workout just for YOU. Be sure to give yourself a proper warm up with at least 5-minutes of cardiovascular movement and stretching before embarking on this stem killer! You can do the whole workout without adding dumbbells or, you can add weight and kick this workout up a notch or two. The best thing about this workout is that you can do it from basically anywhere, without having to leave your home or go into a gym. Complete your workout with another 5-10 minutes of walking and then stretch out those stems.
